Overview
The Vice President Human Resources is responsible for the strategy, leadership, development and execution of human resources business partnerships, reporting to the CHRO. Works closely with Executive, Operations and HR leadership to establish the right culture, organization design and practices that will enable the company to achieve its growth and performance goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; HR certification preferred; master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive HR and leadership experience, including experience within a global company, required, experience in a manufacturing environment desired.
- Experience in managing others and leading initiatives.
- Experience in acquisition activity, including integration of businesses, desired.
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior leaders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and HRIS systems.
- Demonstrates strong leadership capability and superb communication, coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of the practices of Human Resources within a global business.
- Ability to think strategically while also focusing on tactical and operational issues.
- An established track record of building strong, effective teams.
This role requires the ability to work from home in a virtual environment, where the following is required;
- reliable high-speed Internet access (hot-spot not acceptable)

Position will be performed in a virtual environment with travel to visit site locations on a regular basis.
