Job Title : Communicable Disease Investigator Location : Florence, KY 41042 Duration : 6 Months to Long term Shift: 1st Shift(Standard) (Monday-Friday) Onsite: Yes Role & Responsibilities: Interview and counsel anyone who has or who have been exposed to an STD\HIV. Perform field investigations to notify individuals in need of an STD evaluation and\or treatment. Must be willing to travel statewide on short notice in response to a disease outbreak when warranted.
