- Computer proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams. Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Description:
- Manage tasks that vary in complexity based on client needs. Frequently interact with participants, families, human service agencies, employers, central office staff, One Stop Staff, Host Agencies, employers, and service providers. Apply knowledge in counseling, social work, case management, and relevant federal guidelines. Work is essential for helping participants achieve independence and employment. Will be required to recruit qualified participants, create an individual employment plan, and case manage participants. Must create new partnerships with nonprofit organizations and place participants into training and unsubsidized employment opportunities. Case managers make independent decisions in participant interactions, with guidance on policy and funding. Must follow federal guidelines. Must have their own vehicle and drive between assigned offices.
- Reside in our program's counties in the North (such as Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, or Union) or live in a neighboring county and have no issues traveling to the aforementioned counties
- Understand that they will be traveling to the field in our Northern counties as well as our Central Office in Trenton, especially in the beginning for training
- Understand this position entails working in the field, meaning that they will rotate between the One-Stops in the 4 counties and also visit our host sites on an as-needed basis
- Possess a valid Driver's License and Have full access to their own vehicle at all times.
- The travel reimbursement rate is $.047 per mile for the personal car driven to locations other than the main assigned office.
