Develop and execute recruitment strategies for top-tier talent. Oversee training programs and facilitate recruitment activities. Ensure quality control and best practices in recruitment processes. Generate data-driven reports and insights for senior management. Monitor and report on recruitment performance and trends. Utilize technology and innovation to enhance the recruiting process. Assess and coach recruitment staff throughout the recruitment life cycle. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare sales or recruitment management and training. Strong leadership skills for team motivation and mentoring. Expertise in developing training strategies and materials. Track record of achieving team goals and deadlines. Proficiency in improving operational and quality initiatives. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
