We are looking to replicate roles I have on my team in ASIA and EMEA for the Americas. Specifically for AI and/or Copilot Customer skilling initiatives in partnership with a ProSkills team. Our goal is to acquire as many new learners in the Americas as possible with an aspirational goal of 50M AI and Copilot learners.



  • Lead AI and/or Copilot (CP) Skills v-team for Americas
  • Identify, collaborate on and amplify AI/CP skilling motions for scale in partnership with Nassim's team.



    1. AMPLIFY SE&O Initiatives
    2. Partner with SE&O and WWL to innovate
    3. Build new solutions where necessary to fill skilling gaps


  • Identify and engage Training Services Partners for fast execution on depth and/or breadth skilling solutions
  • Ideate, build and promote new solutions to address skilling gaps in AMS market
  • Enabling TPM to drive skilling excellence with Targeted Customers
  • Find opportunities and work with the AMS GTM Team to drive AI/CP skilling and Revenue/Usage to support business objectives.
  • Engage regularly with key internal stakeholders and align with local priorities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, including WWL, MCAPS, and AINSI teams (in Canada and LATAM), to drive scalable and in-depth skilling initiatives targeting the Developer base.

  • Digital AI Academy pilot
  • ECIF funded AI Academy
  • Skills plan performance reporting to AVPs (Area and Regional level)
  • Pre/During/Post skilling motions linked to AI Tours across Asia
  • Business dashboard integrating business insights and skilling data
  • Diversity Skilling program: Code Without Barrier
