The opportunity: The Senior Director of Business Systems is a key leadership role responsible for shaping the company's strategic vision for enterprise business systems. This role will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of platforms with a focus on HR and financial systems (e.g., Workday) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). This role is accountable for aligning technology solutions with overarching business objectives, driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and championing a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the organization's long-term success and scalability. In addition, this position includes the opportunity to earn our annual Performance Based Variable Pay Program. Actual salary will be set based upon a range of factors, including external benchmark market data, individual knowledge, skills, experience, location and internal equity. |
