***This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus!*** Avionics Installer 1in GAC St. Louis Unique Skills: Systems Integration avionics installation. Working in a backshop installing wire harnesses, lights, switches etc. Ability to work afternoon and weekend shift preferred. The compensation range for this role is $24.26 - $28.31 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location. High School Diploma or GED required. Entry level position. Six (6) months accredited schooling in aviation electronics or general electrical experience preferred. General knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and customer specifications. Must know how to use a multimeter.
Position Purpose:
Under moderate supervision, assists in the removal/installation of avionics electrical components, fabrication of wire harnesses, installations, terminations, ring-out, and functional tests of avionics/electrical systems
