What You'll Do:

  • Lead and execute the design, testing, and integration of engine/turbine control systems for marine and land applications.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior engineers and supporting field service teams.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, from conceptualization to commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize engine, generator, vessel, and switchgear control systems.
  • Prepare work scopes and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Travel up to 25% for onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and client support.

Required Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of hands-on work in power generation, marine propulsion, industrial automation, or related industries.
  • Valid US Driver's License & Passport - ready for domestic and international travel.

  • Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 based on experience + Field Service Bonus + Performance based Bonus
