  1. Participates, supports, or may lead plant wide daily and scheduled Kaizen efforts.
  2. Implementation of Lean Tools
    1. Tracking Centers & Boards
    2. Standard Work
    3. Update Tracking
  3. Quickly implement Karakuri and Visual Controls during Kaizens
  4. Support Value Streams with waste identification and improvement (parts presentation, tools, boards)
  5. Management and Stock KPO
  6. Conduct Lean audits
  7. Times Studies

Required: High school education with 2 years of manufacturing experience

No attendance or disciplinary issues documented within the past 12 months. Perfect attendance

Attend Parker Lean Boot Camp 1,2 and 3. Parker Problem solving (PS101-201) when offered at a EMAM site.

Must participate in a previous 5-day Kaizen. Documented support of an HPT within the last 12 months through completion IE Barn submission.

Strong communication skills, able to speak at different business levels.

Positive "Can Do" attitude displayed in daily activities Strong problem-solving skills displayed in previous events.

Ready status for Basic Word, Microsoft Excel and Power point software.

Able to display safe use of manual mechanical and measurement tools.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ["green card" holders], or have refugee or asylee status).
