CSG is organized by core customer-facing lines of business to manage and grow programs within NASA, NOAA, and the NNSA, while extending our capabilities to other civilian federal government agencies fully integrated within Aerospace rules, regulations, processes, values, and behaviors. We are seeking a Nuclear Nonproliferation Project Engineer/Leader to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Defense Nuclear Nonproliferation R&D (DNN R&D) and support a team working directly to address some of DNN's hardest problems. You will provide expertise and support for DNN R&D's technical projects/programs to include capturing technical program/project management best practices and providing analysis of dependencies across multiple inter-related technical projects. Leveraging system engineering and integration (SE&I) expertise, you will assist DNN R&D in assessing performance, risk, and future needs to improve program performance and accountability. Your work will be instrumental in creating an environment of transparency and collaboration between DNN R&D researchers and operational users. Work Model This is a full-time position based in Albuquerque, NM, Crystal City, VA, Chantilly, VA or El Segundo, CA, offering a hybrid work model that combines 3-4 regular onsite workdays and hybrid flexibility as the business needs allow. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
