POSITION SUMMARY:

The Dispositions Regional Manager is responsible for leading the sale process of various assets within their portfolio. This role focuses on maximizing property value, meeting financial objectives, and developing strategic initiatives to ensure successful dispositions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams to optimize asset performance and execute effective sales strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Assesses assets to evaluate their financial, physical, and operational status to determine sale readiness and opportunities for value enhancement.
  2. Develops comprehensive strategies to optimize the value and marketability of the asset to prep for sale.
  3. Oversees onsite property teams, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations, resident satisfaction, and asset preservation.
  4. Manages property maintenance, resident relations, and regulatory compliance to preserve asset value throughout the sales process.
  5. Partners with property management teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
  6. Prepares regular reports detailing the progress, performance, and challenges of assets for sale.
  7. Develops targeted marketing strategies to attract buyers and facilitate successful transactions.
  8. Ensures all properties within the portfolio adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  9. Demonstrates strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium.
  10. Other projects or responsibilities that may be as assigned by supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  1. A proven track record of success in overseeing a portfolio of six (6) or more affordable properties (2+ years of experience as multi-site supervisor required). Experience with distressed assets preferred
  2. Must be able to communicate well at both community and corporate levels.
  3. Ability to communicate in English clearly with others orally and in writing.
  4. Must possess a willingness to provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Proven sales leadership experience to include sales training, goal setting, and performance management.
  6. The ideal candidate must have a strong background and thorough knowledge with Tax Credit and Market Rate properties.
  7. Strong experience with compliance, file audits, and file approvals.
  8. Strong reporting, analytical, budgeting, problem solving, and supervisory skills, as well as solid technology skills and the ability to multi-task.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs, and prior Yardi software experience strongly preferred.
  10. Valid driver's license, ability to drive and maintain personal insurance.


PAY: $90,000 - $100,000 + bonus paid out monthly and after property closings based on the complexity and profitability of the sale site
