Job Description:

A Workday HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration, and optimization of the Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS), acting as the subject matter expert on the platform, ensuring data integrity, managing system configurations, and providing support to HR teams by facilitating efficient use of Workday features for processes like employee data management, core HCM, benefits, Compensation, recruitment, security, and integrations while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements and strategic initiatives.

Specific responsibilities include:

* System Administration: Manage Workday security access, user profiles, system configurations, and data integrity, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
* Business Process Design: Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement efficient workflows within Workday for core HR processes like onboarding, time off, performance management, and compensation.
* Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards using Workday's reporting tools to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends.
* Change Management: Lead the communication and training of new Workday features and updates to HR staff and end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new functionalities.
* Integrations Management: Oversee the integration of Workday with other enterprise systems like payroll, benefits, and applicant tracking systems.
* Project Management: Lead Workday implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to users facing problems within Workday.

Requirements:

* Deep understanding of Workday HCM modules including core HR, benefits, talent management, and recruiting.
* Proven experience in HRIS system administration and configuration
* 5-7 Years experience on the Workday platform
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights from Workday reports
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Project management expertise to manage Workday implementation initiatives.
* Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance requirements
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools; strong Excel skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
* Workday certification is preferred
