We need your inspiration and understanding of the consumer landscape tobuild our best pipeline of programs and marketing tools covering customer trends, customer-centric solutions, and new ideas using digital marketing approaches that enhance the experience of our customer conversations.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Beverages and Insights, you will help ensure our products, technology, and concepts are represented. You will focus on delivering valuable solutions for our customers' brands through multichannel marketing efforts that engage a broad audience and drive growth.
You will:
- Combine market, competitive, and customer insights to help guide product strategy.
- Craft compelling experiences through storytelling.
- Leverage contemporary marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and influence.
When not traveling, this is an onsite position based in Cincinnati, Ohio, with option for one day from home.
- Engage with passion: You will establish expertise in your category through analysis of market activity, customer products and brands, growth rate andmarket shares, new product introductions, competitive landscape, category and consumer dynamics. Develop relationships with Sales Team Members and customers and help accomplish important customer activities. Collaborate with marketing functions to develop and deliver cross-category marketing programs that contribute to the achievement of revenue goals. Work with applications scientists to translate trends into product demonstrations highlighting our portfolio to showcase to customers.
- Partner with insight: Identify opportunities and market share gaps through in-depth analysis of market data to develop your category strategy and actionable plans to achieve our goals. Design B2B marketing strategies to capture business, increase revenue and provide high return on investment. Ensure that customers know and understand how our business solutions and technologies demonstrate value to their brands and relate to their market goals.
- Lead with collaboration: Collaborate with Regional Product Managers and Segment Teams to support commercialization opportunities with complete marketing support. Support other commercial functions to develop marketing programs that contribute to the achievement of revenue goals where aligned with strategic and category focus. Be engaged in all parts of the customer journey - concept selling, program build, plan execution, customer retention eorts.
You?
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred, others to be considered when relevant work experience exists.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing with a clear grasp of branding, value propositions and consumer behavior. CPG Food & Beverage experience helpful.
- Experience with CRM, Sales Enablement, and marketing automation tools
- Creative skills and the ability to build multi-channel marketing campaigns to establish thought-leadership within the industry.
- Demonstrated sense of curiosity.
