Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities (not all-inclusive) all of the duties listed below are essential job functions. * Coordinating the dispatching of shipments and related transportation for the Miami office.

* Identify and evaluate special needs for each shipment.

* Scheduling and dispatching drivers between appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, at customer requests or for immediate needs.

* Relaying information to other SENATOR staff, customers or vendors to ensure the proper handling and movement of cargo.

* Communicate daily updates, changes in schedule, or problems to the appropriate parties throughout the life cycle of the load.

* Tracks and traces shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure accurate and up-to-date shipment information is being provided to customers.

* Ensures customer expectations are met or exceeded by completing accurate and timely scheduling/dispatching of trucks.

We are looking for

*High School Diploma/GED; College degree preferred

*Basic proficient with Microsoft products (Excel, Word and Outlook) and web based software.

*Self-started attitude

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Analytical and organized, ability to focus on details and compare data

*Ability to work independently

*Ability to perform well with time-sensitive tasks

Job Type:

Full Time

Salary:

$46,000 to $51,000

Benefits:

Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
