Are you a strategic and innovative leader with a passion for talent mobility and program management? Salesforce is seeking a Senior Redeployment Program Manager to design and implement a world-class redeployment program that empowers our employees to thrive in the evolving AI landscape.

In this key role, you will lead complex redeployment programs, ensuring successful execution while maintaining business continuity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Employee Success, Talent Management, IT, Finance, Operations, and Functional leadership.

Program Management:
  • Lead end-to-end redeployment programs, including planning, execution, and monitoring across multiple functional areas.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive plans, timelines, and processes while managing dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies related to operational and systems integration
  • Design and implement governance structures, partner with executive leadership on strategy, and manage stakeholder communications and change initiatives.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including employee success business partners, recruiting, CIO, finance, operations, compensation , legal and functional business leaders to ensure alignment and successful delivery
  • Track and report on redeployment progress, synergy capture, and risk mitigation to senior leadership
  • Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to gather input on the program, ensuring alignment with success metrics. Oversee program champions, drive engagement, and streamline feedback loops to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Global Scalability:

  • Develop playbooks, templates, and best practices to standardize and improve redeployment processes
  • Coordinate with operations and systems teams to create automated processes and tooling
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in redeployment, internal mobility experience
  • Strong track record of successfully leading large-scale redeployment programs
  • Expert knowledge of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience establishing and running Program Management Offices (PMO)
  • Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • PMP certification preferred
Technical Skills
  • Strong HR ecosystem process and integration capabilities ( eg. Workday, Beqom, Slack )
  • Expertise in collaboration and documentation tools
  • Knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
