Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for the management and interdisciplinary coordination of a wide range of strategic initiatives and priorities for the Perlmutter Cancer Center Clinical Trials Office. Ensures strategic goals and objectives of the organization are accomplished. Develops project scope, action items, and timetables and prepares and presents project status reports to management and senior leadership. Serves as liaison to project teams and internal and external stakeholders. This position will work directly with the Associate Director for Clinical Research, as well as CTO and PCC leadership. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in a related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible related experience including program/project coordination expertise. Experience working with ETCTN (Experimental Therapeutics Clinical Trials Network) trials. Experience working with CTEP (Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program). Experience with JungleMail and newsletter production. Experience with trial portfolio review. Strong background in project management. Effective oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently. Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multi task and manage projects. Action-oriented and eager to embrace new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. Exceptionally organized and demonstrated consistent success under pressure. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, Power point and Outlook. Familiar with internet applications. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $67,771.14 - $94,021.20 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
