Position title: Lecturer in Summer Session Salary range:
A reasonable estimate for an initial appointment is $68,247. See Unit 18 Lecturer table for the salary range for this position. For current appointees, normal compensation will be based on the annual salary of the Unit 18 non-senate faculty in effect as of June 30 of the calendar year in which summer session begins. Salary is prorated in accordance with the instructional workload calculation. Anticipated start:

This is a limited-term appointment which falls under the purview of the agreement for the Lecturers Unit between University of California and the American Federation of Teachers. Terms and conditions of employment are subject to UC policy and appropriate collective bargaining agreement.
