THE JOB: Join the team at Starbucks at Mandalay Place as a Runner and be part of delivering the high standards of service and efficiency that our guests expect. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, maintaining organization, and working in a fast-paced environment. As a Runner, you will ensure the seamless operation of our outlet by managing stock, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the team behind the scenes. THE STARTING RATE:$18.50 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, storage areas, and behind-the-counter spaces. Stock and rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. Perform opening and closing tasks, including dishwashing and pulling sandwiches and pastries for the next day. Handle trash disposal and maintain sanitation standards according to health and safety regulations. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 18 years of age or older. Previous experience in warehouse stocking, grocery stores, janitorial maintenance, or food handling is preferred. Comfortable with physical tasks such as standing for long periods, carrying stock, and handling cleaning duties.
