As a Senior Supply Chain Planning Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to take global ownership of all supply chain processes-driving demand management and coordinating the master production schedule across multiple sites. This key senior position will help shape the future of our sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes, enabling us to meet and exceed customer demands with speed, accuracy, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

As the Senior Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our global supply chain. Your mission will be to:

• Lead Global Sales & Operations Processes: Develop and implement a customer-centric S&OP process that ensures exceptional service, supports business goals, and drives operational excellence.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, supply planning, and execution.
• Shape Strategic Decision-Making: Provide key reports, KPIs, and dashboards, giving leadership clear insights into the health of the S&OP process and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Impact Executive Decisions: Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that analyze demand and supply scenarios, facilitating crucial Sales and Operations decisions.
• Optimize Inventory & Capacity: Maximize our ability to efficiently fulfill customer delivery requirements, while strategically managing inventory to optimize cost and working capital.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency across the entire supply chain, contributing to a culture of ongoing improvement.
• Innovate for the Future: Design and implement supply chain strategies that respond to changing market conditions, new opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives-ensuring Natus remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Act as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production, and Quality teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of supply chain activities.
• Ensure Seamless Product Availability: Monitor and report on key metrics related to product availability and potential shortages, and lead contingency planning efforts to mitigate product availability risks.

What You Bring to the Table:

We're looking for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a proven track record in demand planning, operations, and supply chain management. Specifically, you will have:
* Education: A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Procurement, Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
* Experience: At least 7 years of experience in planning, operations, or global procurement-ideally in the medical device or electronics industries.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), as well as a strong grasp of regulatory standards (ISO 13485). You should have a solid foundation in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and value stream mapping.
* Strong Analytical & Communication Skills: A sharp ability to analyze data, drive process improvements, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
* Leadership Ability: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, driving change, and building strong relationships across global teams.

Preferred Skills:
*A Master's Degree is preferred.
*APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications or similar are highly desirable.

Natus Pay Transparency Details The pay range for this position is 140K-160K USD annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Natus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each role.
