Process Engineer

Day-to-Day Role:

• Develop Process Management framework to promote continuous improvement in Paper and Thermoforming departments.
• Define SIPOC, Process Maps, Control Plans, Reaction Plans and structured audits to manage the process.
• Utilize Process Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for risk analysis and process improvement.
• Devise operational excellence tools like Strategic Business Plan, Daily Management, Gemba, A3 problem-solving and Kaizen.

Core Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• Two (2)years of experience as a Process Engineer or a related occupation
• One (1) year of experience with Statistical Process Control
• One (1) year of experience with Minitab
• One (1) year of experience with Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• One (1) year of experience with Design of Experiments (DOEs)
• One (1) year of experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• One (1) year of experience with VBA Programming
• One (1) year of experience with Root Cause Analysis
• One (1) year of experience with Standardized Work Instructions
