The Data Coordinator II will be responsible for maintaining and improving the accuracy of Shorr's data environment. The successful candidate will work closely with members of other departments to identify opportunities that will ensure data integrity and guarantee accurate and timely supplier cost adjustments.
Responsibilities
Master Data Management and Quality
- Support inbound ticket requests for data creation or maintenance with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor data validation dashboards and reports and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with standardization of all aspects of master data setup.
- Assist with the integration of data from various sources, ensure proper formatting and consistency and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain process flow for systems within the Smartsheet tool.
Cost Data Management
- Implement supplier cost changes accurately and timely.
- Monitor and prepare ship and debit rebate claims for compliance, working with Accounts Payable and external vendors to process claims accurately and timely.
- Communicate pricing information on to Sales and Management Teams.
Continuous Improvement
- Actively identify areas to improve process efficiency.
- Define and document best practices and end-to-end procedures.
- Increase data integrity by running queries and reviewing trends to identify flaws within the data.
- Work with other departments to avoid future discrepancies and be a key resource in areas of improving data integrity.
- Be recognized as a leading resource for master data within the company, specifically relating to product data and costs.

The targeted compensation for this position is between $23 - $29/hour plus targeted bonus, depending on skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree; or minimum of 3 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Intermediate Microsoft Excel including demonstrated experience with Pivot Tables, V Lookups

Intermediate SQL or query experience
- Ad-Hoc reporting experience
- Intermediate Smartsheet experience preferred
