Pay Range: $127,300 - $152,800

Job Summary

As a member of the Strategic Planning team, you will drive the development and execution of key business strategies to support the company's growth and operational efficiency. You will analyze market trends, business performance, and operational data to provide insights that shape decision-making at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives, improve governance structures, and enhance business processes. Your role will involve conducting financial and operational analysis, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives.

Essential Functions

• Perform strategic analysis and business planning to inform the vision and direction of the organization's future
• Analyze business data and provide business insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop frameworks that guide the governance of data assets, policies, and processes
• Define key performance indicators, collect and analyze data, and evaluate progress against established goals and targets
• Designate change leaders and implement changes in processes
• Establish and execute long-term business strategies in collaboration with executive leadership
• Oversee advanced data analysis platforms for operational and performance management
• Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects to drive business growth
• Identify and address potential operational risks through performance tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10 years of experience in strategic planning and project management

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in process improvement and financial analysis
• Previous project management experience
• Advanced experience with ERP (preferably SAP), Power BI, or Tableau
• Background in financial modeling and forecasting tools
• Pervious experience in corporate operations
• Previous experience in the trucking or trailer industry

Travel Requirements

Up to 10%
