Staffmark is hiring a Card Service Quality Assurance Specialist in San Dimas, CA! If
you're detail-oriented and have experience in debit and credit card services, we want to hear from you.

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

In this role, you will be responsible for auditing debit and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy, and monitoring for discrepancies. You will collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with banking policies and resolve issues promptly while improving quality standards.

Responsibilities:



  • Audit new card requests, including debit, credit, ATM, and business cards
  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly department reports
  • Audit lost, stolen, and compromised cards
  • Assist in resolving outstanding items for Card Services and Digital Services
  • Audit address changes for return mail
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, USA Patriot Act)
  • Meet annual certification standards and service goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned



Qualifications:



  • Debit and credit card experience required
  • Banking experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Episys, STAR, and FDR systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Good math aptitude and knowledge of accounting principles
  • Typing speed of 30 wpm and 10-key by touch at 20 wpm
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
