Digital Content Specialist

Duties include:

• Support digital content campaigns and day-to-day activities by creating written and visual content for our website and social media platforms
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the brand team to determine appropriate visual content
• Ensure digital content follows SEO strategy and best practices
• Traffic digital content projects to ensure our cross-functional teams remain on track to meet deadlines
• Review and edit contributed content for grammar, spelling, punctuation and style
• Act as a community manager on our social feeds and engage with IFF followers
• Monitor performance across all digital media platforms. Support the development of analytics and reporting
• Research competitors, target market, new horizons and relevant keywords for our digital content strategies
• Be an IFF brand champion and uphold editorial standards, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style

Requirements:

• Over three years of experience in similar roles
• Basic SEO knowledge
• Understanding of relevant web and digital regulations and standards, including GDPR and accessibility guidelines
• Proficiency in content management systems such as Word Press
• An understanding of social media marketing
• Excellent writing, editing and communications skills
• Experience in web or graphic design is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree is required
