Associate Project Executive: This is where you come in.

We're seeking an Associate Project Executive to represent the company to both existing and potential clients. In this role, you will be partnered with experienced Project Executives to learn to negotiate contracts, build long-term relationships, and oversee awarded or assigned projects as the Executive-In-Charge. We empower our employees to make decisions that align with our Customer Commitment. In return, the Associate Project Executive earns a competitive base salary, car allowance, expense account for a set period of time, then will transition to the CSP commissions plan based on gross profit earned.

The Construction TI and Special Projects (CSP) Department specializes in fast-paced projects requiring quick turnarounds. As an Associate Project Executive, you will assist with conceptual design, estimating, and project management for a variety of HVAC and plumbing systems. This role requires a self-starting professional who is motivated to build a reliable sales track record. You'll maintain regular communication with customers, building owners, developers, general contractors, and team members to ensure the delivery of quality work.

The Associate Project Executive reports to Tristan Rynning, Director of Construction Special Project Sales, and collaborates with a dynamic team to drive projects and initiatives that support our growing business. This high-impact role offers significant visibility, engaging with stakeholders across all levels and departments within the organization.

Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?

You should have...

  • 5 years experience in mechanical construction - in Project Management, Engineering, Sales, or Field Leadership
  • Bachelor's degree or field experience is preferred
  • An array of project experience such as: Office TI, data centers, small ground-up buildings, bio-tech TI's, specialty labs, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact with customers, field staff, management and office personnel that builds constructive and effective relationships.

Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 Annually

Initially, the starting salary will be based on experience and include a car allowance. After the training period, your compensation will transition to a salary + car allowance + uncapped commission structure.
