Description The Nursing Director leads and directs the overall operations of a function or department within a business unit and monitors the delivery of health care and related health and medical services. They lead the people, resources, budget and processes to ensure successful patient outcomes. They may lead several distinct departments that impact operations.
Qualifications

Minimum Work Experience
10 years

Required Skills/Knowledge
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in department budget and interpersonal communication.

Required Licenses and Certifications
Registered Nurse in District of Columbia (Required)
licensed in the state of practice or supervision (Required)
