Background Check:

Job Overview:

This classification is responsible for professional Children's Services program development and administrative work of unusual difficulty and supervisory work of average difficulty. An employee in this class provides central office program direction and technical consultation to field staff for a small to moderate sized statewide program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited college of university with-a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to five years of professional work in one or a combination of the following: counseling or case management services, program evaluation, education, auditing, accounting, business/process improvement and/or social services grant coordination.
• At least three years of this experience must have been in children or juvenile services' program evaluation, case review work, or process improvement (such as LEAN or Six Sigma certification) in any field listed above.
