Executive Service DCS PROGRAM COORDINATOR Department of Children's Services Accreditation Division Nashville, TN Salary Range: $4,517.00 - $5,638.00 monthly Closing Date: 02/24/2025Background Check: This position requires a criminal background check. Therefore, you may be required to provide information about your criminal history in order to be considered for this position Job Overview: The Department's Provider/Foster Home Quality Unit oversees monitoring and related action steps from Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals in congregate care and foster home settings and Provider Performance Improvement Plans (PPIPs). The workload of a Program Coordinator would be responsible for overseeing closed SIU investigations specific to congregate care facilities, which would include being the primary lead in documenting follow-up action steps that address provider safety concerns and assisting in the communication of those concerns per the Provider Quality Protocol. This position would also provide on-site reviews for providers who are on PPIPs and Technical Assistance Monitoring. The Program Coordinator would also assist the team in evaluating monthly Incident Report reviews, assist with provider partnership calls, and maintain provider related records.
