RN Clinic Manager

This full time position is a working leader that will provide support, engagement, and linkage to various resources to adults receiving services at our facility. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate and empathetic leader who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others.

This is a full-time position working 5 eight hour days, Monday through Friday each week, between the hours of 8am-5pm, with an on-call rotation that is shared among the other nursing leaders in the agency.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage nursing unit operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational policies and procedures.
  • Engage in effective customer service.
  • Adopt and implement innovative clinic practices to improve client care.
  • Ensure that all clinical activities performed by the team are compliant with standards, policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Engage in recruitment, hiring and orientation of new staff.
  • Support staff by supervising, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees.
  • Collaborate with other program managers across the agency.
  • Establish professional and collaborative relationships with patients and providers.
  • Provide oversight of MAR Nursing Coordinator.
  • Provide other duties as assigned, required or specifically negotiated with supervisor.

Education and Experience

  • Candidates must have an active undisciplined State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure plus three years of nursing experience with at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation, and proof of current automobile insurance are required.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (dependent on education and experience)
