Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Manager, Business Analytics to join our Lakota Helicopter Fleet Management team based in Grand Prairie, TX. In this role, you will manage the business analytics team and its performance in accordance with the Lakota Contract Logistics Support (CLS). This includes forecast analysts, business analysts, cost analysts, SAP analysts, overhaul readiness support and fleet reliability data. This position engages with the customer at a working level.

Your Challenges:
Business Analytics Management: 55%
Develop and standardize forecasting, cost analyst and business analyst tools to provide current financial implication reporting and provide reports for Lakota leadership team execution Responsible for managing, coordinating and driving internal analytic needs and external contractual deliverables (i.e. Forecasting sustainment demands, understanding cost drivers and cost improvement projects, accurate WBS tracking, handling exclusions, travel, flight hour reconciliations, etc.) Lead the preparation and distribution of status reports for internal/external customers. Provide cross functional support to ensure Lakota material readiness and fulfilling all contractual requirements. (i.e. MRO, Purchasing, tech support, CSR's, PLL's, etc) Collaborate and assist in preparation of overall assessments of suppliers, quarterly forecast template along with risk mitigations and data sharing with internal customer. Support and assist the Lakota Program Manager and Sr. Director of CLS with managing customer expectations. Be prepared to brief/update Program management Office and company leadership on program specifics and changes. Ensure business analytic data is useful and incorporated into the daily business.
Program integration: 35%
Build customer rapport; adapt a clear, simple and efficient mode of both directions closed loop communication internally and externally. Participate in all CLS, Meetings, as the need arises and other reviews in order to ensure that the Lakota team is working across functional silos to ensure customer support and overall CLS execution. Brief and negotiate outcomes with customer personnel as needed. Develop and maintain effective network and working relationship with extended Lakota team (other Airbus functions, customer, and supplier). Facilitate planning, developing, coordinating and participating in AHI and US Government events. Establish a strong international Airbus network to ensure internal customers receive Lakota inputs and pioneer global forecasting to meet program needs.
Customer Engagement: 10%
Leverage network as appropriate to promote the Lakota Liaise with US Army program office counterparts as needed to complete contractual scope, including weekly customer IPTs and quarterly PMRs.
Your Boarding Pass:
A Bachelor's degree in Data or Statistical Analytics, Mathematics, and/or Business, or a related field. Five (5) or more years experience as a statistical and/or data analyst utilizing data analytic tools Five (5) or more years experience working within cross functional teams / matrix organizations Three (3) or more years leadership experience or fulfilling team leader responsibilities One (1) or more years of military program experience Ability to obtain a CAC (Common Access Card) Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form in English Professional written, presentation and verbal communication, in English. Expert in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint or Google Suite Equivalent Strong SAP, MRP System experience Strong Data Analytic software tools Up to 15% Domestic and International Travel involved with this role

Master's degree in Data or Statistics Analytics, Mathematics, and or Business or related field Familiar with UH-72A Lakota operations Familiar with BK117 C-2 platform Skywise experience
