Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de BusinessFrance.

Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :
* Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum.
* Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE - USA - Talent Specialist est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (AHI) a Grand Prairie, Texas (situe entre Dallas et Fort Worth, Texas). Vous rejoindrez l'equipe des Ressources Humaines Amerique du Nord et travaillerez pour AHI ainsi que pour les Ressources Humaines region Amerique du Nord.

Vous reporterez au Directeur des Ressources Humaines, Airbus Helicopters Amerique du Nord.

Missions et responsabilites :
En tant que VIE Talent Specialist, vous serez responsable d'assister les efforts relatifs a la gestion des salaries dans toute l'organisation, afin d'identifier, evaluer, developper et retenir nos talents au sein d'Airbus Amerique du Nord. Vous vous assurerez des procedures de Talent Review, et du planning de succession, Revue des Ressources et du planning strategiques des effectifs a un niveau societe et regional.

Vous echangerez avec les partenaires au sein des Business Partners internes et des parties prenantes RH au travers de la region Amerique du Nord, afin d'aider a developper leurs competences presentes et futures.

Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :
* Comprendre et implementer des procedures specifiques a la region dans les domaines du developpement des employes et du talent management

* Travailler etroitement avec l'equipe des Business Partners Ressources Humaines afin d'assurer l'application des procedures adequates et le bon flux d'information relatif.
* Aider a definir et appliquer la structure de la Gestion des Competences d'Airbus Amerique du Nord
* Aider au developpement de la revue des effectifs standardisee et annuelle, impliquant aussi de travailler avec des parties prenantes pour anticiper les besoins en effectif et le plan d'action en decoulant.
*Tracer la retention des employes, et coordonner/executer les taches y afferant, projets, et initiatives (tels que sondages, entretiens de sortie et autres donnees); developper les mesures finales.

Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir (20% de trajets internes) et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence.

Competences requises
Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :
* Titulaire d'une licence a minima (ou equivalent) dans le domaine des Ressources Humaines ou une discipline apparentee.
* 1 an d'experience en entreprise
* 2+ ans d'experience demontree dans le domaine, hors stages/alternances de preference
* Une experience dans l'industrie aeronautique et/ou en gestion de projet serait un bonus

En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :
* Maitrise des Outils informatiques:
- Google Suite
- Connaissances en Workday
* Aisance en presentation
* Esprit d'equipe

Competences linguistiques :
Anglais niveau avance/de negociation a l'ecrit comme a l'oral, le francais est un plus.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:
* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old
* Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

The contract duration of this VIE position is between 12-18 months depending on the US Government decision on your J-1 visa.

A VIE for a USA - Talent Specialist has arisen within Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (AHI) in Grand Prairie, Texas (located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas). You will join the North America Human Resources organization and will support AHI as well as HR North America.

You will be responsible for supporting organization-wide People-related efforts
to identify, assess, develop, and retain talent within Airbus North America. Assists with Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, Organizational Development, Competence Management, Resource Review, and Strategic Workforce Planning at entity and regional level.
Partners with internal business partners and HR stakeholders across the North American region to help develop skilled talent today and into the future.

Tasks & accountabilities
Your main tasks will include:

1. Understanding and implementing region-specific processes in the areas of employee development and talent management
2. Working closely with the Human Resource Business Partner team to ensure
3. appropriate process and procedural flow of information.
4. Helping define and apply the Airbus North America Competence Management framework
5. Supporting the development of the annual, standardized resource review, including from working with various stakeholders to anticipate resource needs, then developing an action plan
6. Tracking employee retention and coordinating/executing retention-related tasks, projects, and initiatives (such as surveys, exit interviews, and other data); developing outcome measures.

This role will involve up to 20% domestic travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills
You have the following skills and experience: (Bullet points to be used).
* Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in a relevant field
* One year of full-time business experience
* 2+ years of relevant work experience, not including apprenticeships or internships, is preferred
* Prefer experience in aviation industry and/or project management role

Technical tools and skills
* Strong computer skills - proficient in Google Suite
* Prefer demonstrated knowledge in Workday.

* Must be a team player

* Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written. French language skills are a plus.
