Un poste sous contrat VIE - USA - Talent Specialist est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (AHI) a Grand Prairie, Texas (situe entre Dallas et Fort Worth, Texas). Vous rejoindrez l'equipe des Ressources Humaines Amerique du Nord et travaillerez pour AHI ainsi que pour les Ressources Humaines region Amerique du Nord. Vous reporterez au Directeur des Ressources Humaines, Airbus Helicopters Amerique du Nord. Missions et responsabilites : Vous echangerez avec les partenaires au sein des Business Partners internes et des parties prenantes RH au travers de la region Amerique du Nord, afin d'aider a developper leurs competences presentes et futures. Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes : * Travailler etroitement avec l'equipe des Business Partners Ressources Humaines afin d'assurer l'application des procedures adequates et le bon flux d'information relatif. Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir (20% de trajets internes) et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence. A VIE for a USA - Talent Specialist has arisen within Airbus Helicopters, Inc. (AHI) in Grand Prairie, Texas (located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas). You will join the North America Human Resources organization and will support AHI as well as HR North America. You will be responsible for supporting organization-wide People-related efforts Tasks & accountabilities 1. Understanding and implementing region-specific processes in the areas of employee development and talent management This role will involve up to 20% domestic travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly. Required skills Technical tools and skills in addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills: * Proven presentation skills * Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written. French language skills are a plus.
