Job Summary: The Application Support intern will work with team and assist in development, testing, and maintain the Oracle applications. Work with business users document requirement, research, design, modify applications as needed.
Project Title: Enterprise Application Support
Project Description: Support enterprise applications including Oracle EBS Application, Reporting and other cloud applications.
- Identifying, researching, and resolving assigned work
- Work with business users to understand the requirement, analyze and provide
- Follow established code review process for production
- Assist in testing configuration changes, code change
- Support Functional and Technical team on the NEORSD
- Raise service requests and work with Oracle to resolve production
- Create and Maintain the Functional and technical
- Use version control tool for any
- Apply NEORSD production deployment methodology for
- Research new technologies and develop
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge on database preferably Oracle along with structure language like SQL, PL/SQL or equivalent.
- Basic understanding about the essential business process and software development.
EDUCATION:
Academic Status/Standing:
- Candidate must be in school or must have graduated within 24 months from the date of application.
Field of Study:
- Declared Majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study
Degree Program Levels:
Any of the following degree program levels may qualify
Bachelor Degree

Hours / Schedule
- Candidate must be able to work min 20 and max 40 hours per week. Working hours are Monday - Friday during normal business hours. This is a temporary position.
- Candidate must be able to commit to up to a 12 month assignment with an option to extend the assignment at NEORSD's discretion. This internship program provides for a time-limited role at NEORSD with no express or implied guarantee of future employment beyond the assignment period. This position is governed by all applicable NEORSD administrative policies, practices and procedures related to temporary employees.
