SALARY RANGE:$58,500.00 - $80,412.50

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Advises GROWMARK and the FS System on the Risk Management RMIS system.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsible for maintaining accurate information and data in the RMIS system, while also providing training to team members and the FS System, and making enhancements to benefit the FS System.

Responsible for on-site visits to GROWMARK and the FS System to perform property surveys.

Manage all incoming certificates of insurance and update SAP for coverage requirements.

Maintain licensing for FS Financial Services and Risk Management team members.

Maintain OSHA logs; reporting and posting.

Assist GROWMARK and FS System by providing requested information and giving regional presentations.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

Follow GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Encourage, support, and promote innovative practices, ideas, and technologies within the team.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Requires a Bachelor's degree with a major emphasis in insurance, business, finance or equivalent.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.

Requires proven professional communication, persuasion, presentation, and customer service skills.

Requires demonstrated analytical, planning, organization, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail skills.

Requires team building skills and ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Requires computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. Prior experience with Riskonnect or other RMIS system is preferred.

Requires a valid driver's license and acceptable driving history with ability to travel independently and overnight.

An Illinois Property/Casualty Insurance Agent's license may be required.

Occasionally exposed to extreme weather conditions and contact with chemicals and/or dust which requires use of personal protective equipment.

May be required to work extended hours.

Requires ability to maintain complete confidentiality.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
