ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

This position will work with the Medical Professional Marketing team to support the launch of an online education platform for clinicians and their support staff to increase awareness and proficiency with Inspire therapy. This role will assist with the creation of engaging and effective online learning content to be hosted on the platform.

This is a hybrid position, requiring a presence in the office a few times each week. Therefore, applicants must be in the Twin Cities for the duration of the internship.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

• Evaluate existing training materials and propose improvements to transform them into engaging and interactive e-Learning content.
• Develop training content collaboratively, receiving guidance, support, and feedback through agile, routine meetings with core team stakeholders.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather information, ensuring the accuracy of content.
• Assist in preparation of learning assessments.
• Generate reports and contribute to dashboard reporting to measure effectiveness of training activities.
• Create plans for content and portal promotion to engage learners with training content.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications team and Graphic Design team for development of creative assets, enhancing the visual appeal of training content.
• Gain understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles with practical application in a corporate environment.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Graphic/Content Design or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong written, oral, and organizational skills
• Creative approach to communications, problem solving and brainstorming
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to learn and use new systems quickly

Preferred:

• Knowledge or experience working with industry authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, or video editing software.
