Branch Hours
Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 5PM
Friday: 9AM - 6PM
Saturday: 9AM - 1PM
Sunday: Closed

NATURE AND SCOPE:
Reports to the Branch Manager. This position serves as the initial contact for members and associates. Represents the credit union as a professional, friendly, and member-oriented organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job, as related to item processing.
3. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
4. Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Staffs Reception Desk, greets visitors and maintains log and directs deliveries.
2. Answers all telephone calls and forwards them to the appropriate department and individuals.
3. Operates a message center for return calls.
4. Answers general member questions with regard to account information and available services.
5. Performs file maintenance on accounts as assigned by the supervisor.
6. Recommends and cross-sells other Credit Union services.
7. May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
