WORK SHIFT

SUMMARY OF DUTIES

This position is currently a fixed-term role through 2025 with the potential for extension or transition to a full-time opportunity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

* Prepares schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes.
* Releases and prints work orders for prepared schedule.
* Interfaces with Cleanroom Supervisors, Material Handling and Purchasing and resolves concerns regarding schedules, part shortages, expedites, etc.
* Problem solves inventory issues by substituting parts and adjusting pick lists.
* Meets daily with Cleanroom Supervisors regarding scheduling issues.
* Prepares expedite list for sterilization preparation and warehouse personnel.
* Collects data to prepare reports for the Manager, Production & Inventory Control.
* Performs other related duties and tasks, as required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* Educational experience equivalent to a minimum of a high school diploma.
* Two years of manufacturing or materials experience.
* Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
* Knowledge of business math.
* Ability to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs

* Work order preparation/scheduling/release
* Part substitution/pick list adjustment
* Report preparation
* Production planning/scheduling

COMMENTS

Infectious Control Risk Category III:

The risk category explains whether or not employees are likely to come into contact with blood or body fluids while performing their jobs. Risk category III states employment and procedures that do not require exposure.
