We're actively seeking a talented Talent Attraction and Engagement Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team in Newport Beach, CA.
This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.
As a Talent Attraction and Engagement Analyst you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by supporting the research and development of strategic talent sourcing strategies, conduct best in class talent sourcing and pipelining leveraging data to help drive key decisions and recommendations. You will fill a new role that sits on a broader TA team withing our Human Resources department. Your colleagues will include TA Leaders, Partners and Coordinators in addition to HR Communications and HR Analytics. How you'll help move us forward: The experience you bring: Recruitment Marketing Strategy: 30%
- Support the execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the TAP and/or hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each open position.
- Provide insights into the talent market and suggest adjustments to job descriptions and sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with recruiters to align recruitment marketing efforts with hiring needs and organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Support:
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including job boards, social media, email marketing, and company career sites.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different approaches and adjust strategies based on results.
- Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with the communications team to enhance and promote the company's employer brand providing input on content creation, social media presence, and targeted advertising.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: 40%
- Proactively search for candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools. Conduct research to identify potential candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Reach out to passive candidates through emails, phone calls, and social media to generate interest in job opportunities. Build relationships and create an ongoing talent pool.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by optimizing the application process and maintaining clear, engaging communication throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collect and act on feedback to continuously improve the candidate experience and recruitment processes.
Data Analysis and Reporting: 30%
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as application sources, candidate quality, and campaign performance.
- Leverage reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify target audiences, create compelling job advertisements, and optimize recruitment campaigns.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor recruitment strategies, and candidate preferences.
- Use research findings to inform and refine recruitment marketing tactics and strategies.
The experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing or a related role, with a proven ability to manage and analyze recruitment campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
- Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and tools (e.g., job boards, social media management tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
