Asset and Wealth Management (AWM)

Bringing together traditional and alternative investments, we provide clients around the world with a dedicated partnership and focus on long-term performance. As the firm's primary investment area, we provide investment and advisory services for some of the world's leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors and individuals, for which we oversee more than $2 trillion in assets under supervision. What You'll Do:

Are you a seasoned Lead Engineer with over 11+ years of experience? Do you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a passion for building cutting-edge financial solutions? Join our elite team and lead the charge in revolutionizing the investment banking industry!

The Digital Technology team is seeking a Senior Digital Software Engineer for the Asset Management Division in the Digital team in Dallas. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by leading innovative projects and collaborating with top-tier professionals in the field.



  • 11+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Must have working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to help drive innovative solutions
  • Lead a global team of software engineers, leveraging your extensive experience in Java and SpringBoot (version 3)
  • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Apply your expertise in SQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB to develop robust data solutions
  • Integrate and manage queue systems like Kafka to enhance system efficiency
  • Utilize your experience with build systems such as Gradle, Maven, and Git-CI/CD to streamline development workflows
  • Ensure secure applications with multi-threading and OAuth using Spring Security
  • Leverage AWS cloud services, including ECS, Lambda, and step functions, to build scalable solutions
  • Develop and integrate with Restful web services to enhance application functionality
  • Implement test-driven development practices using frameworks like JUnit
  • Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment with Agile Operating Models
  • Approach problem-solving with an open mind and a team-oriented mindset
  • Apply your exceptional analytical skills to make informed, creative, and commercially viable decisions
  • Work with globally located cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, and React is a plus
  • Ensure impeccable attention to detail, maintaining technical standards and visual grammar
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with microservice architecture to build scalable applications
  • Awareness of code quality tools like SonarQube to maintain high standards
  • Proficiency in distributed systems and low-latency services
  • Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads and executive-level stakeholders
  • Previous experience in financial services or fintech is a significant plus
  • Experience collaborating with UX professionals and visual designers to create seamless user experiences
  • Experience coding accessible websites and working with contemporary web animation and visualization libraries
