The HLA Laboratory Quality Manager, reporting directly to our HLA Laboratory Director, is tasked with overseeing and implementing quality management initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining safety standards within the HLA Laboratory departments. This role involves serving as a key resource for the department, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and accrediting agency requirements. The HLA Quality Manager collaborates with other institutional departments to manage quality and regulatory activities related to HLA Laboratory operations. Additionally, the role involves interaction with external regulatory and accrediting agencies to uphold proper licensing, accreditation, and reporting. Staff training and competency will be managed by the licensed Lab Manager during the licensing process. As a successful candidate, you will:
