THE JOB:

Join the team at The Cosmopolitan as a Facilities Dispatcher and play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this dynamic position, you'll utilize strong communication and customer service skills to coordinate maintenance requests, ensure prompt responses, and support guests, engineers, and various departments. STARTING RATE:$21 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage Maintenance Dispatch: Use the CMMS system to prioritize, assign, and dispatch maintenance tasks efficiently.

• Administrative Support: Complete work order documentation, reporting, and task tracking to maintain smooth operations.

• Guest Request & Complaint Handling: Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints, ensuring swift resolution and follow-up.

• Call Management: Answer and route calls efficiently, providing direct assistance or connecting guests to the right department.

• Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Balance multiple tasks while ensuring guest issues are owned and resolved.

• Teamwork & Positive Work Environment: Foster collaboration, acknowledge contributions, and maintain a supportive workplace.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum Age: Must be 21 years or older.

• Availability: Open to working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Hotel Dispatcher Experience: Prior experience in a hotel dispatch role, managing and prioritizing maintenance or service requests in a fast-paced environment.
