Job Description

Performs specific procedures and detailed instructions, distributes supplies, tools and equipment. Follows established governmental regulations, organizational guidelines, company policies and procedures when performing job responsibilities. Researches and completes supply requests in a timely manner. Accurately and timely receives, records, and delivers incoming shipments and ships out orders and returns. Acquires and records information regarding the status of supply transactions. Performs duties and responsibilities associated with storage areas and inventory system. Performs and trains others to receive, issue, label, maintains approved supply levels and shelving of supplies. Performs duties and responsibilities associated with property control. When applicable, monitors and ensures Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) compliance. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. Generates and routes purchase request documents to meet compliance requirements for procurement. Updates and maintains databases for work orders, inventory control. Uses specialized software to generate purchase requests and professionally coordinates with required approvers. Guides and directs junior Material Management personnel. Performs other duties as required to complete the assigned mission. This position is covered under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Qualifications

Pay Rate:$31.11

Education/Licenses/Certifications/Experience Requirements:

*Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
*Must have a BS in related field or have 6 years' experience material management or related field or 2 years in Materials Management Specialist II position within TRAX.

Job Skill Requirements:

*Must be proficient with Windows and MS Office Word and Excel.
*Must have demonstrated data entry experience.
*Must be competent with specialized software applications.

Physical Requirements:

*Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
*Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for work tasks assigned.
*Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions including summer temperatures peaking around 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
*Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. unassisted.
*Must meet the physical requirements necessary to perform operations outlined, performed, and stated in the SOPs.

*Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions.

*Must be able speak, write, read, and understand English.
*Must have a well-mannered customer service attitude.

*Must be able to deliver quality products to the customer and be responsive to their needs.

*Must be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
*Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
*Must have demonstrated ability to perform their duties with a high level of attention to detail.
*Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice, to support test missions

Additional Desirable Qualifications:

*Must have a working knowledge of government and company procurement regulations and policies.

Terms of Employment & Eligibility Requirements:

*Must be a U.S. Citizen.
*Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
*Must possess or be able to obtain a security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment.
*Must be a current TRAX employee or affiliate subcontractor for internal postings.
