We are seeking rising college seniors who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree to join an exciting 10-week summer internship experience starting June 9th, 2025. As an early career professional, you will be part of a paid internship program that will include a robust learning and training curriculum, mentorship from employees in your selected field, access to senior leaders, and more. As an intern, you will be assigned challenging projects based on the area of the business you will be supporting. In your role, you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a real impact.

Candidates must be:

  • Rising senior graduating in 2026

  • Ability to work out of our 1 WTC office on a hybrid basis (4x a week on site)

  • Available June 9, 2024 - August 18, 2025

Digital Marketing Intern, Consumer Revenue

Team Description:

The Consumer Marketing Owned & Operated COE (Center of Excellence) team is charged with driving subscription + membership acquisition, site conversion rate (CVR) growth , and consumer revenue via owned and operated channels (Site & Email) by collaborating with counterparts in Global Consumer Revenue, brand leads, editorial, analytics, product, and audience development to create and execute digital marketing and product strategies that generate subscriptions, memberships and revenue with positive customer lifetime & net present value (LTV & NPV) and return on investment (ROI).

The O&O COE summer intern will play a key role in helping to grow and monetize our digital audience through an iterative, data-driven test-and-learn approach. In this role, you will have significant exposure to the global footprint of major Conde Nast brands, including deep engagement cross-functionally and across operating regions and markets.

Focus Area:

The focus area would be on Conde Nast's subscription & membership programs for Architectural Digest, Conde Nast Traveler, GQ, and Vogue and how they are marketed on our owned & operated site and email channels. During the 10 weeks, the intern will get hands-on experience working across these four brands, all of which are new & exciting initiatives at various stages of development. The intern will be exposed to consumer revenue, research and insights, data and analytics, editorial, audience development, creative and brand strategy, and events, as they relate to these subscription & membership initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current state of our business and brand in the category to identify opportunities - including changing competitive subscription & membership landscapes.

  • Keep finger on pulse of competitive and market landscape to help identify and recommend each brand's subscription & membership marketing opportunities as well as identify insights that will inform recommendations for continued evolution of each brand's website & email marketing strategies.

  • Assist with ad hoc campaign measurement, reporting, and analysis against relevant A/B tests, marketing campaigns, KPIs and goals.

  • Partner with the Creative Department in the project management (briefing, tracking, and delivery) of all digital campaign assets.

  • Assist with end-to-end Site and Email acquisition marketing campaign execution from set-up to QA.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of brand and direct digital marketing strategies, including continuing education of new brand and marketing tactics and tools - or desire to learn

  • Familiarity with website, email, or ecommerce A/B testing

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute insights

  • Skilled at prioritization, multi-tasking and problem solving in a fast paced environment

  • Capable of navigating complex organizations and take direction from multiple people

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a keen creative sensibility

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software - Gsuite preferred

  • Cheerful, enthusiastic work ethic and a sense of humor

  • Interest in Conde Nast brands is helpful, but not essential

Hourly Pay: $25/hr
