Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience in PEGA frameworks and the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Cloud and Pega lead architecture. This hybrid role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive our business forward. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of PEGA-based solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Pega Cloud applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to PEGA frameworks.
- Optimize system performance and ensure scalability of PEGA applications.
- Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for PEGA solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and developers in PEGA best practices.
- Participate in project planning and provide technical input for project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations in all PEGA implementations.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in PEGA frameworks and Pega Cloud.
- Demonstrate expertise in Pega lead architecture.
- Have a strong background in the automotive industry.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in technical documentation and code review processes.
- Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications Required Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until February 21, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
