Position Overview:
We are seeking a User Experience Design Analyst to join their team who will serve as a Mid-level Content Designer/Product Designer. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in writing intuitive, user-friendly UX writing samples, an understanding of Web Accessibility Content Guidelines and experience writing accessible content, experience with content styles guides, and a familiarity with Figma, Microsoft 365, Jira, and HTML/CSS. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with product designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to create user-centric copy, including navigation, empty and error states, and other UX elements in the end-to-end digital experience. * Write and optimize microcopy, instructional text, and other UX elements to facilitate intuitive user interactions * Help develop and execute a content strategy for our public website and customer portals, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals * Support content style guides and best practices for consistent messaging and tone across all consumer digital touchpoints * Participate in user research and leverage data-driven insights, including analytics and customer feedback, to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement * Collaborate with other departments to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for content * Adapt efficiently to changing project timelines and/or requirements, demonstrating a proactive approach to content * Develop and document content and information architecture, ensuring smooth user flows * Support UX projects on their public website and member portal *Skills* Ux design, Figma, accessibility, Content writing, WCAG, microsoft365, jira, html, css, insurance industry knowledge, Healthcare background *Top Skills Details* Ux design,Figma,accessibility,Content writing,WCAG,microsoft365,jira,html,css *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Willingness to take direction and be heads down with design tasks when necessary *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
