The Program Operations Support Manager leads a team of Coordinators who provide critical administrative and operational support to PRI's industry-managed accreditation programs. This role oversees a team responsible for ensuring efficient execution of administrative and logistical processes, driving operational and customer excellence by focusing on resource planning, process optimization, and service delivery.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Team Leadership & Oversight (35%)

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Program Support Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate administrative support for PRI's industry-managed accreditation programs.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage Coordinator performance, workload distribution, and team development to align with PRI's organizational priorities.

Program & Stakeholder Support (35%)

  • Oversee administrative processes that support Management Council Committees, Task Groups, Staff Engineers, and Program Managers involved in PRI accreditation programs (e.g., Nadcap, MedAccred).
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for audits, committee meetings, and technical working groups.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of program activities, including audit milestones, corrective actions, and committee deliverables.

Data & Reporting (Non-Technical) (20%)

  • Maintain and monitor accreditation-related data, such as audit timelines, non-conformances, and industry metrics.
  • Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making by PRI leadership and stakeholder groups.
  • Ensure integrity and consistency of records, using PRI's internal systems (non-IT).
  • Continuous Improvement & Communication (10%)
  • Identify process inefficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives that align with PRI's mission of industry collaboration and accreditation excellence.
  • Promote clear communication, trust, and innovation within the Program Support team and across departments.
  • Escalate emerging issues, risks, or successes to upper management in a timely and solutions-focused manner.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors Degree in business or related field; Will accept experience in lieu of education.
  • Excellent analytical skills for identifying opportunities for process improvements and creating workflows.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate a Computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective leadership, management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk.
  • Standard office environment.
