OVERVIEW:
Our Receptionists act as a liaison between the providers and veterans by working directly with the provider to deliver high-quality, compassionate customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring all visitors are prescreened and veterans are checked in/out properly on PS.
- Uploading results to appropriate vendor/PS portal resources for billing and medical records.
- Operating Fax Machines, Printers, Scanners, Copiers and, answering phones.
- Cooperates and communicates with the Lead MA in the clinic (if applicable) for areas affecting front office operations.
- Assists with the general housekeeping protocols in accordance with our Infection Control policies and guidelines.
- Ensuring proper organization and supply inventory for the front desk area.
- Assists with scanning and emailing EOD paperwork such as cleaning logs, accounting invoices, mail, etc. to management.
- Creating veteran charts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
