Empire Distributors Inc, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring a Distribution Center Operations Manager. Summary The Operations Manager will provide operational leadership in our Distribution Center while driving results, executing world class service and maintaining an accurate inventory. By partnering with the General Manager, this position is responsible for safe, timely and efficient shift operations. Trains, coaches and develops staff to ensure a world class level of productivity, inventory accuracy and order fulfillment. Utilize leadership skills to create and promote an environment where employees are engaged, empowered and committed to the success of the company. Will collaborate with the Corporate Director of Operations and General Manager to develop strategies and objectives to maximize productivity and leverage expenses. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Inventory software; Order processing systems; Project Management software and Spreadsheet software.
