About the Lab:
The Buenrostro Lab brings together a multidisciplinary group of individuals who develop technologies to uniquely pursue previously unanswerable biological questions. The lab fosters independent and innovative thinking, with expertise across biology, engineering, and computer science, to provide an overall excellent educational experience. The group is currently focused on developing tools to measure and subsequently understand single-cell regulatory dynamics.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled computational postdoctoral associate to join our research team. The successful candidate will work on developing novel computational tools for the analysis of single-cell epigenomics and transcriptomics data. The candidate will join a vibrant, multidisciplinary environment of molecular and computational biologists, and technology developers.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computational Biology or a related field with 0-1 years of experience in an academic or industry environment |
