Job Description Summary There is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Solutions Division of Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. We are hiring a Fellow to serve as a Program and Partner Resources team member to coordinate, curate and promote materials and resources that undergird the program development and implementation, technical assistance and capacity building efforts across the division. Program development and implementation, capacity building and technical assistance are central to the Solutions Division's strategic priorities and impact nationwide, and we are moving to centralize this function in a way that organizes and formalizes related resource materials for Enterprise staff, consultants and community partners. The Program and Partner Resources Fellow will be responsible for creating (as needed), culling, curating, archiving and promoting said resources across and beyond the organization, and will serve as a guide and support to staff to ensure materials are accessible and up to date. The Program and Partner Resources Fellow will have a holistic view of the work taking place within the division and will interface with staff across Solutions as well as cross-organizationally. Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The base salary for this role is $73,000 to $85,000, depending on level of skills and experience. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
