Description

The Technical Operations Maintenance Representative will coordinate the repair, modification and preventative maintenance of ABX aircraft at a contract repair agency. Perform project management functions to ensure the aircraft is maintained to ABX standards. Perform vendor oversight as well as hands-on maintenance actions on ABX aircraft at both domestic and international locations as required. Manage, oversee and conduct all required Materials Management functions on-site at vendor location. Act as primary liaison between ABX Engineering department and vendor engineering department in all matters requiring engineering support.

Requirements:



  • Must have HSD/GED
  • Valid driver's license and ability to successfully pass an MVR background check
  • Airframe & Powerplant license
  • 5 years experience in maintenance and/or overhaul of heavy jet aircraft engines, (3 years on 767 aircraft)
  • Ability to work flexible work hours and independently with strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to support ABX at other contract repair agencies, both domestically and internationally
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to obtain RII for 767
  • Work in adverse/outdoor conditions



Preferred Skills:



  • Previous third party maintenance experience
  • Bachelors degree in aviation management or business
  • Computer skills
  • Project management experience
  • Supervisory experience
